Credit/Debit Cards

At the moment, Real Sexdolls Store is using the PayPal service to process payments, and the accepted credit/debit cards include Visa, Master, Diners Club, and Discover.

Bank Transfer

Our customers can also pay us in local currency (USD/AUD/CAD/GBP/EUR) via bank transfer at the moment. We will send you the local banking details through our online agent and you will receive them in your US/AU/CA/EU/UK account soon.

Cryptocurrency Payment by Coinbase

Customers can now check out and make their payments using Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USD Coin through Coinbase. Since most of the products we offer are expensive, some banks may have a risk prevention mechanism to prevent such a transaction. If the payment is not accepted, it is advisable to contact your bank to authorize the transaction and then proceed to pay with the same method or try a different one to process the payment.

Solutions for Failed Credit Card Payment

For some reason or no reason at all

In short, you have to pay again via PayPal. It is important to note that PayPal is almost universally accepted and it also accepts most forms of credit cards in addition to PayPal balance, bank account, and PayPal Credit. Furthermore, you also get to be secure and safe from fraud when you pay with PayPal.
Do Not Honour/High Risk/Fraud It means the transaction was rejected by the card issuing bank. You have to contact your bank and provide information that the transaction was made by you, the cardholder, and then make another payment.
Duplicate This implies that you have made another payment for another order within the next 24 hours. The payment gateway is concerned about multiple deductions and hence declined this payment; should you wish to proceed with this payment, kindly attempt to do so through another payment method.
The card has expired/There is no sufficient balance on the card /The credit limit has been exceeded
You have to pay with a new card.
Stolen or Lost Card The card-issuing bank recognizes the card as a lost one, and you have to use a new one for payment.

Invalid Transaction

Currently, the Real Sexdolls Store’s credit card payment gateway supports Visa, Master, Diners Club, and Discover but does not support American Express or JCB cards. It means that there was an attempt to make a transaction with the other card that cannot be used for purchasing the goods, for example, the card that can be used only for refueling. It is only possible to pay with one of the supported cards.
CVV2 Failure/Invalid Card Number Wrong billing info. They may check the billing information and proceed with a new payment.
24hr More Repeat/Canceled It implies that your payment has been declined more than three times in one day and hence the payment gateway did not accept the payment. You could pay another way, for example, by card or, you can check your billing details and pay within the next 24 hours.
To solve this:
Step 1: Having chosen the payment option of PayPal/PayPal Invoice, you will be redirected to the PayPal page where you will be able to use a Credit/Debit card.
Step 2: On the next page, after entering your payment information, click on the ’Proceed to Payment’ button and you will be taken to a page where you can either pay using your PayPal account or as a guest, which means that you do not have a PayPal account.
